Hello and Welcome to Heart of the Feminine!

I’m Luciana Foster, but my friends call me Lua. I’m a Holistic & Shamanic Practitioner, Facilitator and Energy Worker - Reiki Practitioner & Master and Transference Healing® Advanced Practitioner.

My true calling came from the heart. As women, we've been heavily disconnected from the Feminine Principle, our natural feminine wisdom, Mother Earth, and our own womb space and consciousness. Through my own womb awakening and healing work, I began to walk the deeper path, going through cycles of death and rebirth, peeling back layers, and shedding the illusion we've all been conditioned to live with.

I created Heart of the Feminine as a space for women to awaken their hearts, step into the power and innate wisdom of their womb and cycle, and create a life that reflects their deepest, innermost self. To help women reconnect with their inner wise woman, hold space for what arises, and integrate into everyday life. When the heart and womb are awakened, honored, and tended, life itself begins to flow and unfold, as it was always meant to.

The Ever-Unfolding Path

It all began with Usui Reiki in 2002, and throughout the years, I have immersed myself in Celtic shamanism, druidry, Indigenous mentorship and teachings, Kabbalah, and ancient feminine Herstory and mysteries, always following the call to dive deeper into the heart, womb, and soul. I have taken countless workshops and retreats, and along the way, I’ve completed formal training and certifications, including:
